Day to Day
This role will manage program managers and services for all of Windows Live Support. The role reports to the Director of Manageability and will create a function that will influence the standards, requirements and specifications of all online monitoring tool deployments, maintenance and support. This role requires the successful candidate to roll out large scale Websites tool implementations, and support frameworks for all Online services; collaborating with the software development teams, and support teams to deliver, data analyze, store and produce high quality performing systems.
Qualifications
7 years of implementing quality programs
7 years of Operational Support of large scale applications
5 years of Technical Program Management
3 years of Successful Management of high performing teams
2 years of Performance, and Capacity Planning
2 years of Web Services Delivery
